Preheat the grill.
In a small bowl mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Use aluminum foil pieces large enough to comfortably wrap the potatoes. Spray the aluminum foil with olive oil spray so the potatoes don't stick.
Add the potatoes and onion to the aluminum foil, then sprinkle on the seasoning mixture.
Bring the edges of the foil together and fold over. Once sealed you can add the potatoes to your preheated grill. Cook 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
