Everything Bagel Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheese until smooth and well-blended.
  • Add in 1 tablespoon of the everything bagel seasoning and minced garlic. Mix everything together until fully incorporated.
  • Shape it into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • When you're ready to serve, remove the cheese ball from the fridge and unwrap it. Add 2 tablespoons of the everything bagel seasoning to a plate and roll the cheese ball around to coat it in the serving.
  • Add the cheese ball to a serving dish and serve with crackers, vegetables, or bagel chips.
