Ingredients
8oz.reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4cupreduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
3tablespooneverything bagel seasoning
1clovegarlic, minced
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheese until smooth and well-blended.
Add in 1 tablespoon of the everything bagel seasoning and minced garlic. Mix everything together until fully incorporated.
Shape it into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
When you're ready to serve, remove the cheese ball from the fridge and unwrap it. Add 2 tablespoons of the everything bagel seasoning to a plate and roll the cheese ball around to coat it in the serving.
Add the cheese ball to a serving dish and serve with crackers, vegetables, or bagel chips.
