Ingredients

  • 1 large dill pickle
  • 2 oz. oven roasted turkey
  • 1 slice ultra thin Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tomato slices
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  • Pat the pickle dry, slice the pickle lengthwise, and scoop out the center.
  • Add the light mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to one side of the pickle.
  • Layer the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and turkey
  • Secure with a toothpick and enjoy!
