Easy Turkey Pickle Sandwich - Tastes Just Like Jimmy John's

Ingredients

large dill pickle

oven roasted turkey

slice
ultra thin Swiss cheese
1
tablespoon
light mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
3
tomato slices
Lettuce
Instructions
Pat the pickle dry, slice the pickle lengthwise, and scoop out the center.
Add the light mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to one side of the pickle.
Layer the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and turkey
Secure with a toothpick and enjoy!
