Easy Low-Calorie Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury zero sugar devil's food cake
  • 15 oz. pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup zero sugar chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin puree, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until combined and smooth (batter will be thick).
  • Spread evenly into the baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Let cool for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing.
