Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin puree, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Stir until combined and smooth (batter will be thick).
Spread evenly into the baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let cool for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing.
