Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Add the yogurt and flour to a medium mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix together.
Once mixed, add the dough to a floured surface. Knead the dough until it is will combined and no longer sticky.
Add the blueberries to the dough and gently knead until they are combined.
Divide the dough into four pieces. Roll each dough piece into a log, then form a circle and seal the ends together.
Place the bagels on the baking sheet. Whisk together the egg and water. Brush the egg wash over each bagel.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the bagels are golden. Let cool before cutting open.
