Easy Blueberry Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg + 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Add the yogurt and flour to a medium mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix together.
  • Once mixed, add the dough to a floured surface. Knead the dough until it is will combined and no longer sticky.
  • Add the blueberries to the dough and gently knead until they are combined.
  • Divide the dough into four pieces. Roll each dough piece into a log, then form a circle and seal the ends together.
  • Place the bagels on the baking sheet. Whisk together the egg and water. Brush the egg wash over each bagel.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the bagels are golden. Let cool before cutting open.
