Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until it's cooked to your liking. Let the steak rest, then slice thinly.
In the same skillet, add the olive oil and quickly cook the garlic and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Warm the flatbread in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes.
Top the flatbread with arugula, cooked tomatoes, sliced steak, and feta.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
