Easy Balsamic Steak Flatbread Recipe (Weight Watchers Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 2 Stonefire mini naan's
  • 1/2 lb. lean steak
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste

Instructions

  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until it's cooked to your liking. Let the steak rest, then slice thinly.
  • In the same skillet, add the olive oil and quickly cook the garlic and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Warm the flatbread in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes.
  • Top the flatbread with arugula, cooked tomatoes, sliced steak, and feta.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
