Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortilla
  • 1 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedge
  • 1/2 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Spread the laughing cow cheese evenly over one side of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, and dill.
  • Top with shredded chicken, cucumber, red onion, and red bell pepper.
  • Roll tightly into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Slice into pinwheels and serve.
