Mix together the cream cheese, crab, green onions and garlic powder.
Add a small spoonful (less than a tablespoon) of the cream cheese mixture to the center of a wonton wrapper. Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with water.
Bring two opposite corners together and make sure they are pinched closed. Do the same with the other two corners making sure the wonton wrapper is completely sealed. Repeat with remaining cream cheese mixture and wontons.
