bread (I used Sara Lee 45 calorie per slice bread)

cup
2% reduced fat cottage cheese
Cucumber slices
Red onion, sliced
Pinch of dried dill
Instructions
Toast bread to desired doneness.
While the bread is toasting slice the cucumber and red onion.
Top the toast with cottage cheese, cucumber, red onion and dill.
