Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread (I used Sara Lee 45 calorie per slice bread)
  • 1/4 cup 2% reduced fat cottage cheese
  • Cucumber slices
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Pinch of dried dill

Instructions

  • Toast bread to desired doneness.
  • While the bread is toasting slice the cucumber and red onion.
  • Top the toast with cottage cheese, cucumber, red onion and dill.
