Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the Italian breadcrumbs, egg, skim milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix everything together before adding the ground beef.
Add the ground beef but be sure not to overmix it. That will make the meatloaf tough.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat and shape the meat into a loaf.
Brush the top of the loaf with sugar free BBQ sauce or sugar free ketchup.
Bake 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
