Chocolate Mug Cake

- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated Splenda
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
- Drop of vanilla extract
Spray a mug with no-stick cooking spray. Add the flour, Splenda, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to a mug and stir together.
Add the skim milk, applesauce and vanilla extract and stir together.
Put in the microwave for 60-70 seconds, or once the cake has set.
