Chili Lime Chicken (Ten Dollar Meal)

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Remove the skin from the chicken thighs.
  • In a medium-sized bowl (or zip up bag) squeeze the juice of the two limes.
  • Add the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the bowl. Mix the thighs with the marinade to get them coated. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Add the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
