Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs.
In a medium-sized bowl (or zip up bag) squeeze the juice of the two limes.
Add the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together.
Place the chicken thighs in the bowl. Mix the thighs with the marinade to get them coated. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Add the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
