Cook the Spanish rice according to the directions on the bag.
Put the fat-free refried beans in a microwave safe bowl. Add a couple tablespoons of water and mix together. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Lay out a tortilla. Top it with refried beans, 2 tablespoons of rice, one tablespoon of cheese, and one tablespoon of Taco Bell mild sauce.
Fold in the sides of the burrito then roll up from the bottom. Repeat with the other 7 burritos.
Place the burrito in the pan seam side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until it's golden.
