broccoli (cut into bite-size pieces)

center cut bacon, cooked, drained of grease, and chopped

cup
reduced fat cheddar or Mexican cheese, shredded
1/4
cup
red onion, chopped
1/4
cup
roasted sunflower seeds
For the dressing:
1/2
cup
light mayonnaise
1/4
cup
fat free sour cream

tablespoon
vinegar

tablespoon
granulated Splenda
1/4
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl mix together all of the dressing ingredients.
Add the broccoli, cooked bacon, cheese, red onion, and sunflower seeds to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
