Thomas' light multi grain English muffins

eggs (Scrambled and seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
1/4
cup
diced ham
1/4
cup
reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
0 point olive oil spray
Instructions
Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and add the scrambled eggs. Cook until they are no longer runny.
Cut the English muffins in half and lightly toast. Place the toasted English muffins on a baking sheet and spray each one with olive oil spray.
Top each English muffin with scrambled eggs, diced ham, and one tablespoon of cheese.
Place under the broiler until the cheese melts.
