Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare the stuffing according to the directions on the box but omit the butter. Once prepared let the stuffing cool.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut the bacon slices in half.
Roll the stuffing into a ball (a little smaller than a golf ball) and wrap it with a piece of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick and place it on the baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked.
Serve as is or with cranberry or BBQ sauce.
