Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add all of the meatball ingredients. Mix together until everything is combined then form into 24 balls. Add the meatballs to the baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Prepare the sauce while the meatballs are cooking. In a small bowl mix together the rice vinegar and cornstarch.
Add the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ginger and rice vinegar mixture to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring the sauce to a simmer while continuing to stir. Once the sauce has thickened remove it from heat.
Once the meatballs are cooked add them to the sauce and stir together.
