1lb.boneless, skinless chicken breast (season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper)
1headRomaine lettuce
1cupred cabbage, shredded
1cupjulienned carrots
1/2cupwonton strips
1/2cupcilantro, chopped
2green onions, chopped
Instructions
Cook the chicken breast in a nonstick pan. Set aside to cool off.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
Split all of the salad ingredients into 4 bowls. Top each one with 2 tablespoons of salad dressing.
