Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel the apples and slice into 1/8 inch pieces. Add the apples to a bowl.
In a small bowl mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Add it to the apples and mix together.
In a large bowl mix together the self rising flour and fat free Greek yogurt.
Add some flour to your work surface and add the dough. Knead for 1 minute then use a rolling pin to roll it out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on top. Add the apples leaving 1 1/2 inches around the outside bare.
Fold the edge of the dough over the apples. Use a pastry brush to brush the egg wash on the dough.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
