Begin by cooking the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat, add the taco seasoning and water. Cook according to the taco seasoning directions.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray a tortilla with nonstick cooking spray on each side.
Heat the tortilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it becomes golden brown. This will help get the tortilla nice and crispy. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the taco sauce over it, add seasoned beef, and top with Mexican cheese.
Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
