  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 4 oz. fat free Cool Whip
  1. In a medium bowl mix together the pumpkin, Greek yogurt, vanilla pudding powder and pumpkin spice.

  2. Once it's uniform in color fold in the Cool Whip.
