Cheese Tortellini Casserole

  • 20 oz. Giovanni Rana 5 cheese tortellini (fresh not frozen)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 24 oz. Good & Gather tomato basil pasta sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Add the cheese tortellini to an 8x10 baking dish. Top with the spinach and cherry tomatoes.

  3. Pour the pasta sauce over the tortellini followed by the water. Stir together then cover with foil.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Take the dish out of the oven and remove the foil. Stir the ingredients together then top with the mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
