Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl add the PB2 Powder and water. Stir together.
Add in the bananas and mash them with a fork, then mix together with the PB2 Powder.
Next, add the cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Mix together.
Stir in the quick oats and combine all of the ingredients.
Use a tablespoon and scoop out a heaping tablespoon to make each cookie. Flatten the cookie batter to form a cookie shape.
Bake for 10 minutes then let the cookies cool.
