  • 1 box Pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix
  • 12 oz. diet root beer
  • 8 oz. fat free Cool Whip
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Add the cake mix to a large mixing bowl. Pour in the diet root beer then use a hand mixer on medium speed to combine.

  3. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the cake batter in an even layer.

  4. Bake 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  5. Let the cake cool completely then spread on the Cool Whip.
