Chocolate M&M Popcorn

  • 1/3 cup yellow popcorn kernels
  • 4 Hershey's sugar free special dark mini bars
  • 20 M&Ms
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts
  1. Add the popcorn kernels to a paper bag. Fold the top of the bag over two times then put in the microwave 2-3 minutes.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then add the popcorn in a single layer.

  3. Place the chocolates in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn. Use a spoon to stir the popcorn and spread the chocolate.

  5. Put the peanuts in a zip up bag and use a meat mallet or rolling pin to break into small pieces.

  6. Top the popcorn with the M&Ms and peanuts. Enjoy!
