Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teasponn Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons light butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

  2. In a large zip up bag add the flour, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Add the chicken, seal the bag closed and toss to coat the chicken.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot add the butter followed by the chicken. Make sure the chicken is in an even layer.

  4. Let the chicken cook for 3 minutes or until it's golden brown. Turn the chicken over, and the garlic and cook 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Give it a good stir so the garlic mixes with the chicken.
