  • 4 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie bread
  • 4 oz. Boar's Head corned beef
  • 2 slices Sargento ultra thin swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut
For the dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sweet relish
  • 1 drop hot sauce
  • 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and mix together.

  2. Lay out the slices of bread. To one piece of bread add a slice of swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, sauerkraut, and 2 oz. of corned beef. Top with a piece of bread.

  3. Repeat step two to make the second sandwich.

  4. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Spritz with olive oil spray and add the sandwich. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
