  • 4 oz. fettuccine noodles
  • 6 slices center cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli, steamed
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine noodles according to the directions on the box then drain.

  2. Melt the butter in the pot and add the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds then whisk in the flour.

  3. Slowly add the milk while whisking the entire time. Also add in the Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium high heat until the sauce starts to simmer. Let the sauce simmer 1 minute or until it starts to thicken.

  4. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and mix together. Add in the bacon, chicken, broccoli, salt and pepper. Stir together and serve.
