  • 1 Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/3 cup light ranch dressing
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Green onions or chives
  1. Preheat oven according to the directions on the package.

  2. Unroll the dough on a baking a sheet. (If you're not using a nonstick baking sheet spray it with nonstick cooking spray first.)

  3. Bake the pizza dough for 8 minutes.

  4. Add the shredded chicken to a small bowl. Stir in the Buffalo wing sauce.

  5. Take the pizza dough out of the oven and spread on the ranch dressing. Top with the Buffalo chicken and mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  7. Top with green onions or chives.
