Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a small bowl mix together the light mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce and Sriracha. Split the sauce in half.

  3. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Add the salmon fillets and brush on half of the Bang Bang Sauce.

  4. Bake 15-20 minutes, until the salmon reaches 125-130 degrees F.

  5. Drizzle on the remaining Bang Bang sauce.
