Apple Pie Crescent Rolls

Yield: 8 servings (4 points per serving following myWW blue, green and purple)

  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 reduced-fat crescent rolls
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Splenda
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. Add them to a small mixing bowl.

  3. Pour the lemon juice onto the apples and stir. Then add the brown sugar, Splenda and cinnamon.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Open the crescent rolls and add a heaping tablespoon of the apple mixture to each one, then roll up.

  5. Add the additional tablespoon of granulated Splenda and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon to a small bowl. Stir together then sprinkle over the rolled up crescent rolls.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
