  • 15 mini phyllo cups
  • 2 oz. fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add the phyllo cups to a baking sheet and bake 3-5 minutes.

  2. Cut each mozzarella ball into 4 pieces and add to a medium bowl.

  3. Cut each cherry tomato into 4 pieces and add to the bowl. Add the basil, salt and pepper then mix together.

  4. Add a spoonful of the Caprese salad mixture to each phyllo cup. Drizzle each one with balsamic glaze.
