  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon Smucker's sugar free caramel sundae syrup
  • 2 Hershey's sugar free mini chocolate bars
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanuts
  1. Peel and slice the banana. Add the banana slices to a plate.

  2. Add a small amount of caramel sauce to the top of each banana. Use a butter knife to spread it out.

  3. In a small bowl melt the chocolate bars in the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute or until melted. Check on the chocolate every 30 seconds.

  4. Top each banana slice with melted chocolate.

  5. Add the peanuts to a zip up bag. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to break the peanuts into small pieces. Top the bananas with the peanuts.
