  • 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 10.5 oz. 98% fat free cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 lb. red potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet (1 oz.)
  1. Chop the vegetables and add them to the slow cooker.

  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces and add to the slow cooker.

  3. In a medium bowl whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk and ranch seasoning. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.

  4. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
