Crispy Potato Wedges

  • 1 (12 oz.) russet potato
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray
  1. Wash and dry the potato. Cut the potato in half then lay each half flat and cut again, then again. You should have 8 wedges.

  2. In a small bowl mix together the Parmesan cheese, dried minced onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

  3. Lay the potatoes on a sheet pan and spray with cooking spray. Evenly sprinkle the seasonings over the potatoes.

For the air fryer:
  1. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400 degrees 9-10 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside.

For the oven:
  1. Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees F. for 35 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside.
