Chocolate Cool Whip Cookies

  • 1 box Pillsbury sugar free devils food cake mix
  • 8 oz. fat free Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. To a large bowl add the cake mix, Cool Whip and egg. Use a hand mixer to combine.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the powdered sugar to a small bowl.

  4. Use a measuring tablespoon to scoop out the cookie dough, then use another spoon to scoop the dough out, into the powdered sugar. Use your fingertips to roll the dough in the powdered sugar.

  5. Place the cookie onto the baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the cookie dough, leaving 2" between each cookie.

  6. Bake 9-12 minutes. Remove and let the cookies cool for a minute, then transfer them to a wire rack.
