  • 1 (1.5 oz. box) Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups fat free skim milk
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • fat free whipped cream
  1. In a large bowl add the instant pudding mix and pour in the milk. Whisk it together for two minutes.

  2. Add the pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin, whisk together.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
