Chicken Parmesan Pizza

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked (I baked my chicken breasts at 400 for 20 minutes after seasoning them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.)
  • 1 store bought thin crust pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup Ragu pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cut the cooked chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.

  3. Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet.

  4. Top the pizza dough with pizza sauce leaving one inch around the edge free of sauce.

  5. Add the chicken breast, onions, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake pizza 14-18 minutes or until the crust is golden.
