  • 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
  • 4 slices center cut bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  1. Cook the bacon on medium heat. Once cooked through place on a paper towel and remove grease. Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder to a mixing bowl. Use a hand held mixer on medium for 1 minute to combine.

  3. Add the cream cheese mixture to a pie pan or shallow dish and spread into an even layer.

  4. Top the cream cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. Enjoy!
