Ingredients
  • 1 box mini phyllo shells
  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
  • Raspberries, blueberries or strawberries for topping
Instructions

  1. Bake the mini phyllo shells according to the directions on the box.

  2. While the shells are baking mix together the yogurt, cheesecake jello mix and vanilla extract.

  3. Fill the phyllo shells with the cheesecake mixture then top with fresh fruit.
