Yield: 8 (4 points each for blue, green and purple)

  • 1 tube reduced fat crescent rolls
  • 6 ounces roast beef lunch meat (I used Boar's Head)
  • 2 pieces Sargento light string cheese
  • Optional: Au Jus (I used a packet of McCormick Au Jus mix)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet. Tear apart dough on the perforated lines making 8 pieces.

  3. Cut the string cheese in half, then cut each piece in half lengthwise making 8 pieces of cheese. Divide the roast beef into 8.

  4. Lay the roast beef and cheese at the wide end of the crescent roll then roll up. Repeat until all 8 are made.

  5. Bake 9-12 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden and cooked through.

  6. If using Au Jus make that while the crescent rolls are baking.
