Yield: 4 roll ups with au jus (5 points blue, green and purple)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Melt the butter in a frying pan then add the onions. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. When they're done cooking remove 3/4 of the onions from the pan.
Lay out one tortilla. Cut a piece of cheese in half then lay it out in the center of the tortilla. Add 2 ounces of roast beef and some of the onions then roll it up. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
Place the roll ups on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Add the beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and onion powder to the pan with the onions. Turn heat to medium/low and let it cook while the roll ups bake.
Divide the au jus into four small bowls and serve with the roll ups.
