  • 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cook lean ground beef and onion until the beef is brown. Drain the fat, add salt and pepper, and stir.

  3. In a mixing bowl add eggs, skim milk, and Heart Smart Bisquick. Whisk until it is blended.

  4. Add the ground beef to a pie dish. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese onto the ground beef, then pour the milk mixture onto it.

  5. Bake 25 minutes, or until cooked through in the center.
