Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

Yield: 18 pinwheels (1 pinwheel = 1 point for blue and purple, or 3 pinwheels for 4 points. 1 pinwheel = 2 points for green, or 3 pinwheels for 5 points)

  • 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices center cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and chopped
  • 3 Ole Xtreme high fiber tortillas
  1. Mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, green onions, Mexican cheese, bacon and chicken.

  2. Lay out a tortilla and add 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture. Spread it out and roll up the tortilla. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Cut the ends off then cut each tortilla into 6 pinwheels.
