Baked French Toast - WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

Ingredients
  • 10 slices Aunt Millies 35 calorie whole wheat bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
The night before:
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

  2. Cut each slice of bread into 12 pieces.

  3. Put bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and whisk together. Then add the cinnamon and Splenda and mix together.

  5. Add the toasted bread to an 8x10 baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.

  6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.

In the morning:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Uncover the French toast and bake for 30 minutes.
