Southwest Chicken Wrap - WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

Yield: 4 Southwest Chicken Wraps (3 points per wrap for blue and purple, 5 points for green)

  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 4 Ole Xtreme High Fiber Tortillas
  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 10 Tostitos bite size tortilla chips
  • lettuce, chopped
  1. In a small bowl mix together the sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning.

  2. Add the tortilla chips to a zip up bag and use a meat mallet to break them into small pieces.

  3. Add a heaping tablespoon of the sour cream mixture to a tortilla and spread it around.

  4. Add a half cup of the chicken to the tortilla, one tablespoon of the cheese, lettuce and some of the tortilla pieces. Roll up the tortilla.

  5. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
