Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the mushrooms.
In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, light mayonnaise and chives.
Fill each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
