Yield: 8 servings (2 points per serving for blue, green and purple)
Add reduced fat cream cheese and key lime juice to a mixing bowl. Use a hand held mixer to blend them together until creamy.
Add the Splenda and combine with the hand held mixer.
Add the Cool Whip, a small amount at a time. Gently stir together, do not over-stir.
Sprinkle the lime zest onto the dip.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
