Spaghetti Pie - Weight Watchers

  • 6 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions on the box, then drain.

  3. Add egg, parmesan cheese and salt to a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Add the spaghetti noodles and stir until well mixed.

  4. Spray a glass pie baking dish with no stick cooking spray. Press the noodle mixture into the pie dish.

  5. Add the spaghetti sauce to the pasta and spread evenly over the top.

  6. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pasta is heated through.
