Yield: 4 servings (8 points per serving for blue and purple, 9 points for green)
Add the flour, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir together. Dredge the chicken in the flour.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Spray with olive oil then add the chicken. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
While the chicken is cooking boil and drain the angel hair pasta.
Remove the chicken from the pan and cover with foil.
Melt the butter in the same pan the chicken was cooked and add the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add the wine and chicken broth to the garlic. Bring to a light simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the half and half and lemon juice. Add the angel hair pasta and Parmesan cheese and toss together. Check to see if it needs more salt and pepper. Add the chicken and serve.
